| As you may or may not know, the ‘Friends of Muxton’ exists
to raise much needed funds for the school. All monies go straight to
the school and help pay for things not covered by the schools annual
budget.
At present we have approximately a dozen ‘Friends’ who
regularly attend meetings and help arrange and organise events.
The ‘Friends’ recently helped in the purchase of the
school laptop computers and helped to pay towards the adventure playground.
This year we plan to raise money towards enhancing the library and
equipping the new ‘sensory’ room.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite any parents/guardians
who feel that they could spare a couple of hours a month helping
the ‘Friends’ to help the school.
